约稿信是指报刊、杂志、文化栏目、媒体等邀请别人写稿的信件。在信中需
要介绍该媒体的栏目特点和媒体的受众范围。在约稿时要指定稿件的内容（约稿
发起人既可以规定要写作的内容，也可让被约稿人根据媒体和栏目的性质自己拟
定写作题目和内容），并且要约定稿件大致的篇幅和交稿日期。
