  面试官反感的几种行为

  面试过程中,求职者的举手投足都是面试官所观察的重点,一般来说,以下几种人是HR所不喜欢的:

  1、不注意衣着和外表。或不修边幅,衣冠不整;或邋里邋遢,不讲卫生。你可以不英俊,可以不漂亮,但你不可以穿着随便,不整洁,不得体。衣着和外表从某些方面也可以反映一个人的生活理念和工作态度。

  2、过于紧张。表现得极不自然。要么说话时眼睛不敢看着对方,眼神游离;要么手脚不知道放在哪里。更有甚者,进来后也不与面试官打招呼,连您好,您早都不会说。

  3、主试人还没伸手,便急匆匆地上来跟人家握手并十分夸张地寒暄。主试人还未邀请,便一屁股坐在椅子上。主试人叫他坐下,却噤若寒蝉,连声谢谢也不会说。

  4、丢三落四,准备不充分。当主试人要查阅应聘资料时,表现得手忙脚乱。

  5、回答问题时口齿不清晰。声音要么很大,让人觉得闹得慌;要么很小,小到听不见。说话没头没脑,答句不完整,嗯嗯啊啊,口头语多,说话啰嗦。让人觉得这是个欠缺思想的人。

  6、不实事求是。对主试人的问题不能回答或暂时记不起来时,不是有礼貌地回答不懂或忘了,而是含糊其辞,吹牛皮,编瞎话。

  7、经常截断主试人的话题。对重复的问题表现出不耐烦。
