Food safety is very, very important to us.There is nothing without health.But how do we ensure a safe diet? Here is some of my advice.
First, we shouldn't go out to eat fast food often because some restaurants offer us unhealthy food. Second, we should make food clean before cooking. Do remember to boil your food. Third, we should buy food carefully. If the food is in bags, we should read the instructions and date carefully to make sure the food is safe.
